the important thing is to relax and enjoy it. if you are tense you will make yourself uncomfortable and you can cause yourself pain. sex is the most intimate act you can engage in. if it doesn't feel right you shouldn't be doing it.
never get sexually involved unless it feels right and its what you want. don't fall for that old line " if you really love me you will have sex with me" because if they really loved you they wouldn't pressure you with that line and allow it to happen naturally for both of you
