Yes...near the clitoris in the vagina, there are two glands (one on each side) called Bartholen's glands. They secrete a fluid when a female becomes aroused. This is what acts as a natural lubricant for women.
It is even possible for women to secrete quite a lot of this during an orgasm, similar to a male.
