Valerie Plame is suing them for ruining her career at the CIA, and since Robert Novak has admitted to the fact that Karl Rove was the one who informed him of Plame's status as a CIA agent, it looks like she has a chance in court.

Make 'em pay for, out of their own pockets, and personally repave I-40 from NC to California, like Lightning McQueen's punishment in the moive "Cars".

Have them do something constructive for the country after their senseless destruction!

For those conservatives who don't follow real life events...the Central Intelligence Agency was the organization that requested an investigation into the outing of their agent on weapons of mass destruction. Conservatives don't realize how serious this crime was. If President Bush really believed in protecting America, he wouldn't be flushing our intelligence assets- into whom we've invested millions of tax-payer dollars, down the drain.

Since Valerie Plame was still an undercover agent for the CIA(those people saying different are wrong) at the time she was outed and since the cover companies she worked for were outed endangering countless other undercover agents, they should be charged with treason. Treason in a time of war gets the death penalty. But with this administration they will not even get a slap on the wrist.

Plame was not an undercover operative for the CIA for several years when she was so called "outed". I do feel she deserves all back pay and to get early retirement benefit's. It really wasn't fair what happend. She stepped on the wrong toes is all. The whole thing was blown out of proportion.

Not guilty on all counts. She was not a covert agent at the time any of this occurred. She had ceased being such and was performing little more than as a desk-jockey. She's the one who should be prosecuted for being the one to send her husband on a fact-finding mission in the guise of an ambassador-at-large to find out info for the CIA.

Of course the liberal media doesn't report the fact that Joe Wilson outed his own wife. He sent a biography to Who's Who in America that stated that his wife was a CIA Agent....so who's to blame??? Novak stated that Rove told him that she was in the CIA, but he already had the info and was confirming it. Get your facts straight.....she doesn't have a leg to stand on in this lawsuit.

How about life in prison? The death penalty seems a little extreme in this case since nothing happened to Valerie. Of course it doesn't make any difference since Bush will pardon them all anyway, so its really a moot point. They'll get off free as a bird.

No, she and her husband ruined her career at the CIA, by colluding to discredit Bush at all costs.

As for punishment, they committed no crimes, so why would they be punished. If the special proscutor found nothing, no crime, no evidence of crime, then what's there to sue about?

Some people will support any claim against anyone in the Bush administration, no matter how irrational or false.

How about let them be innocent until proven guilty? That's the usual justice procedure in this country.

And when they are found innocent - what will be the punishment for Joe & Valerie wasting thousands of dollars of taxpayers money?

Punishment for what? "Outing" a CIA agent that hadnt been undercover for years? After her husband went around the world telling averyone his wife was a CIA agent? She and her husband both are camera hogs, plain and simple.
