Red Fish Grill located at Matheson Hammock Park on the bayside of Coral Gables a little expensive, but the atmosphere is nice since you are actually in the Park.
or
Anacapri Italian Restaurant located also in Coral Gables the music is low to set the mood, the lighting is dim and the prices are not as expensive as Red Fish Grill.
Either one should be good for the romance you are looking for

Go to Baleen in groveisles, ask for an outside table next to the water. The food is great and the location is awesome (make sure its not raining though.

The rusty pelican or the melting pot
Rusty pelican has a beautiful view of the beach they play the piano and the service is just great, it's better if you guys go at night a lot more romantic.. The melting pot is also great and I believe is fun.. Search them up they are a little over priced but totally worth it
