The Oompa Loompas didn't go anywhere. They are still working feverishly at the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory. When Charlie took over the company, there were many discussions as to whether the Oompa Loompas would be able to handle the new management style of the factory but Willy Wonka sat in on the meetings and ensured everyone that Charlie's style would be similar to his own. Soon after taking over, everyone is getting along quite nicely.
Some of them have even ditched making candy and have instead gone into physical therapy so that they can assist Charlie in keeping his grandparents out of bed. The therapy is working well and they have all joined in on the candy production adventure. Charlie has even added on to the factory so that the Oompa Loompas could bring over the few remaining family members too. He is also prepared to let them stay at the factory after they decide to retire. Remember, they never grow old, so it is completely up to them when they decide to stop stirring the chocolate river, fluffing the marshmellow creme, making ever-lasting gobstoppers, cleaning the ceiling of the fizzing lifting drinks room, and replacing the lickable wallpaper. They have even found time to coordinate more songs and dances to perform while they work thus keeping with the whole jovial style of the company.
Charlie doesn't have any immediate plans for holding another "Golden" ticket event. He was recently quoted in the local newspaper as saying, "The Golden tickets only brought out havoc and greed in the world, not to mention that unlike myself, all the brats of society." He instead has revealed that he will allow field trips to the factory by local school children. The tours will not be as extensive as the Golden ticket tour, but will allow the children to explore the newest technologies know to man. The Oompa Loompas have been looking forward to entertaining their newest guests.

Hello. - In my opinion, the people who played the Oompa Loompas characters (C.&T.C.F. 1971.), may have continued their acting careers.

"Angelo Muscat (The Prisoner), George Claydon, Rusty Goffe and Hussien Farhat (Time Bandits) played the role of four of the Oompa-Loompas in the 1971 (Original Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.) film".

Have a nice day. :)
