The apple gave them knowledge and they recognized their nakedness. Would we all still be naked. Would crime and the like be as rampant? would their be child molesters.

If Adam had not eaten the apple, I believe we would all still be naked and not having any problems like we are having now. I believe we (as a people) would be getting along and singing praises to OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN.

The Apple symbolizes their free will, which they used to do their own experiment, their desire to find out more, and that they accomplished, Nakedness is essential for dressing again, and here you are left alone with your spiritual guides to discover your clothing again, This hide and seek game is the total interest for us to live our earthly existance. It all is devised by God for us human beings, than why this judgement.

Then "woman" would be the only sinner, and "man" would've been pure and holy. Therefore Adam would've run around smelling flowers all day while Eve would try sticking everything God made into her vagina.

I don't think so....our purity has been long evacuated. It is such a travesty that for all the things we humans have in common, we are so far apart in getting along.

i think everything would be the same. adam and eve were doomed from the start because we are all 'born into sin'. so someone along the line had to be the first to do it.
