If you remember your password, you can directly login to Yahoo and that will reactivate your account or else if you remember secret Q and A, Yahoo will allow you to open the old account.

Sign out from the new address and sign in using your old Yahoo ID and Password. Follow directions to reactivate. It's easy. Good luck!
