I wouldn't shave if I were you. You can use soap if you lather it really well, but it will dry your skin out. Shaving cream is designed to help prevent small cuts and to provide moisture.

It's ok honey you can use your Mommy's I had to too. I would just use soap and lots of it get your leg really soapy or underarm whichever you are doing, then start to shave just start at the bottom of your leg and work up. Rinse the razor after each swipe, especially if it is dull which it may be if it is mommy's. That gets the hair out so there is room for more. Be careful around your ankles and knees just go real slow over those spots, well not exactly real slow just make sure you have a soft touch around those areas you don't want to press to hard they are easy areas to knick that and your shin bone. You will do just fine. If the soap isn't enough you could use lotion or conditioner but soap should work just fine that's how I started too. You sure you need to start already? You have to keep doing it then once or twice a week for life. Many do it more but I'm lazy that's enought for me.

How old are you? I would go out with my own money and buy one of the good ones. They have okay ones for 7 or 8 dollars but i would not use my mothers and should shave with shaving cream or you can use lots of soap. You could also go buy the weird shaving cream thing you putit on your legs then use this plastic razor it like melts the hair.

till you gain this promptly on your man or woman (or your spouse's/spouse's) exhilaration there is no reason to shave or wax before giving delivery. the final element you want to be handling mutually as taking good care of a newborn is an itchy, uncomfortable crotch because of the fact the hair grows back... (They used to shave women human beings before exertions, interior the perception that it prevented an infection. It replace into finally got here across that an infection replace into plenty extra probably after shaving, because of the fact the razor could desire to reason nicks/cuts, so it is no longer carried out. If the hair gets interior the way of an important episiotomy, the well being care provider will snip it with scissors. in any different case, they do no longer care, and neither could desire to you.)

Soap and water works. Actually I know a few people who do it that way. Trust me, shaving cream is much more comfortable, but regular soap and water can work.
