I do not need time 2 go 2 bed.
any where i sleep it isthe time 4 bed.
If I am sound then i am healthy

The boys are in bed by 9 in the summer and 7:30 on school nights...when they turn 13, hey can stay up until 10 on any night. And yes, it suits our lifestyle very well to have a schedule.

I go to bed somewhere between 12am & 1am. I know it's not healthy for me because I get up at 4:30am for work. My kids go to bed at a decent hour. I have a lot of kids and my husband works night shift so I have a lot of work. I sacrifice my sleep for my family. I don't mind.

Usually midnight to 4am with a nap during late afternoon. I do my running and errands in the morning or evening along with family time and it works for me.

i sleep at around 2 30 am...not healthy at all but i cant sleep unless i get absolutely tired.
