i need help i just signed up for yahoo and i want to know how you use im and how you get on da chat rooms

chat.yahoo.com or if you have messenger, you can do it from Messenger--->Chat--->Join room..

Don't bother with chat rooms. All it is, is 25 people saying hi over and over again. The rooms are too big for a conversation to get going and people come and go all the time. Hi room, hi room hi room. It sucks. Try going on yahoo personals, myspace, friendster, or just talk to people you meet in yahoo answers. You will have a much better time. Myspace has an obvious appeal because it is free and there are 93 million people. I "met" someone on answers though and we enjoy chatting a lot. She was the one who I gave best answer to on one of my questions.

-->click on the chat button on the Chat button which is above the contacts.
--> select a chat room --> double click from the list on the right panel
---> you are ready to chat. :)

You can email yahoo to find out how to use im. A chatroom is xblock.isafe.org pr you can go to free teen chat.

you go on yahoo chat and you are aloud to chat if you are 18 or older
