I LOVE final fantasy tactics and games like that. can anyone list more games that are similar?

i've heard that 'tactics ogre' is the next best game for that type.

I love final fantasy tactics as well. Another game series I love, which involves battle field strategy like tactics but isn't a fantasy RPG are the Total ware series. They are the most realistic battlefield strategy games out. Although the premise isn't very similar to tactics I believe the challenges and strageis are similar. Fire Emblem 1 and 2 (Sacred Stones) for game boy advance are both similar because you use battle strategy to beat the games, and they are both fantasy related. (The final fantasy for game cube is basically the same thing, but with better graphics and a different storyline) Hopefully you'll find a game you will like.

Fire Emblem 7 8 and 9
otherwise known as
FE7= Fire Emblem (gba)
FE8= Fire Emblem Sacred Stones (gba)
FE9= Fire Emblem Path of Radiance.
its really good, FE7 is the best of the 3 but there all dam good.

Disgaiea for PS2. Similar setup, but they took it to a whole new level. GREAT game.
