Wal mart- I use Johnson's baby oil gel. It is soo great and one bottle will last u a while because the gel is concentrated and u dont have to use as much. It smells soo good and if u have any children or have young relatives it has been known to have a calming effect..great for after bath moisturizer..!!

I saw some at a local nutrition/health store. If you grow lavender, you can make your own: It should be fairly easy to google a few recipes.

If you live anywhere near a health food store or coop, you can get it there. Whole Foods carries it.
