I went to school with a girl who is still semi-famous, but I won't give her any free advertising. She was cool with everybody until she got onto a hit sitcom. So when she came back to school for finals she was really only friendly with the rich kids. But at our High School graduation when I went up for my diploma I got a bigger round of applause than she did. :P

Well I know some celebrities here in UK but I don't know if you will know them in other countries. I am friends with Damon albarn from the bands Blur and he is also in th Gorillaz. i also know a few of the cast of harry potter after they came to my town a couple of years ago to switch on the christmas lights and I was part of the organising commitee so I got to meet them and we just stayed in touch. Only the occasional sms though, its not like i am invited to their houses for dinner and parties!
