Homeopathy doesn't work for infections. Infections are caused by bacteria. These bacteria can be killed by antibiotics (which are little substances made by fungi and some types of bacteria, and therefore natural).

Spicy food might cause an increase in mucus production in the nose. That might help your body fight against the infection, but if you are really sick you should see a doctor.

Everyone has a sinus on each side of their nose called the maxillary sinus. Wherein, the roots of the upper back teeth go into the right and left maxillary sinuses.
