Since breasts are made up of fattty tissue she would have to gain weight or get implants put in. I think it would be better if she just gets one of those push up bras that make a woman look bigger than they are. Having big breasts isnt really all that trust me I know. You can never find anything that fits right, buttons pop open or the tops just dont fit. But no matter what size she is she should always wear a good bra or end up with sagging **** even if they are small.
