Yes. Actually, darker skin tones tend to pull off richer colors better than lighter skin tones. However, application is the key--seeing as ANY color on ANY skin can look hideous if applied poorly. Also be sure to use a high pigment color, because cheap, low pigment shadows in bright colors will leave mere traces of color.

I have always heard stay away from darks like purples and dark dark browns they say a light pink or a light brown look good. it depends on your skin tone honestly stay light and lively darks just bring down your face complection. Light makes you look more alive. They also have this shimmer i can remember the name u can get it at any drug store but it adds a nice shimmer and healthy complextion.

It depends on the shade of dark on your skin. If you were a super dark you would use light brown or dark tan , if you were a dark Tanned person you would use a shade of brown that would make you look good. Okey!!!!!!!:-)

browns and sheer colors...i like to us chapstick with a sheer bronze on top because lipgloss and lipstick can really dry out ur lips!!!
