I don't know, but they don't sound very friendly when they're barking at dogs they've never met before.

well, my dog talks to other dogs by barking because they are all too far away to whisper. my dog tells other dogs about me, like, my master can do things that you would not believe, he makes food and water magically apear in my bowls, he can make doors open, he can make things fly through the air, and at night he can make the lights come on. he tells them i am a god.

Dogs bark at other dogs b/c most dogs are territorial.The dog is just warning them to stay away. Also they talk to each other.Thats they way the communicate with each other.
