Have the air conditioner on and am staying inside

July is the heat wave month and were i am there is a warnings to stay in under air conditioner and runs fans the heat is so intensives that it is dangerous to be in the sun with children advisory is to stay in watch TV do some indoor activity's and being out in this heat Will also cause dehydration drink plenty of ice tea and water! here were i live its been hot hot hot the last 3 days and today makes it the 4 th day i have to stay in! if you must be in pool safer to be in an indoor pool!

Turned the airconditioner on to 75 degrees F, for my dog, before I left for work.
Pulled the shades low. Shut all windows, bedroom doors, bathroom doors.
Tossed a bottle of water in my backpack.
Put on my shades.
Caught the bus for 3-block ride to subway.
Hopped on a packed, but airconditioned train.
Walked 2 blocks to office building.
Sitting here now in central airconditioned cubicle.
Is it hot outside? I don't even really know.

OMG is going to be 101 here in Philly! Thank God the place where I work loves the AC. It's usually too cold, but today I will not be complaining.

I am planning to throw a " cool party" for my friends who dont have air conditoner so that they can beat the heat in my house.

Staying at work as long as possble for free air conditioning. When I get home, no clothes! It's that hot.

Stay in, avoid going out by any means and of course keep that AC on.
