YES because if you didnt bother in the first case you would have lost before you started and you never know if it might work.. think of buying a lottery ticket with your numbers if you buy it every week for 10 years and win nothing (so you feel you have wasted a little) then the next week win the Jackpot have you lost a lot or won a lot.
hink about how you would feel if the biggest jackpot was won by someone else using numbers you knew were yours but couldn't be bothered to get the ticket.. You have definitely lost it then plus you are filled with regret

While in love it is better to have loved and lost. Once you have lost the love it is better to not have loved at all. This question's answer changes with perspective and situation.

Its always better to have loved and lost. There is always something better around the corner. Sometimes its even been right in front of you for eyes years but you just don't see it!

It's absolutely better to have loved and lost.....than never to have loved at all. Loving and being loved opens you to so many things you never experience until that time. There's a depth of sharing and feeling that cannot be described until you've loved someone. How sad never to know that feeling.

Yes of course. To have the ability to give and receive love is a gift. Not everyone can claim both and some can do neither. You are a well- rounded individual and can rest assured you won't be alone for long.

Yes because the only time a love seems perfect is after you've lost it.

I love like its forever. It doesnt matter to me that nearly every relationship I am in will fail (its the case for all of us, deal with it now and it wont bother you as much when you get your heart broken) I still give 110% of myself to the relationship. I figure if you give half or no attempt at all... well you are most likely to fail. If you give it your all.....eventually it will pay off, BIG!

It is better to know what it was like to have loved then to wonder what it is. It's hard when you loose it but when you find another one it will probably be better.

Absolutely.
Would you rather go through life with no love, in order to have no heartbreak? You have to take risks sometimes and atleast you have memories of the experience.

If you have truly loved, then you have never lost.
Whether the person whom you love reciprocates your feelings or not, U have loved him/her, and that is the TRUTH. That LOVE can never be taken away, by anyone.
