Under wear is usually made of cotton and cool ,next to the skin
Tights are made of man-made fabric and would be most uncomfortable to wear underneath.
Poor old Batman was never told this fact, and remains squirmy to this day

the name gives it away underwear so they go under the tights

Tights are made of man-made fibres and will not allow your nether regions to breath.
It will make you sweat more, and increase the risk of infection.
All in all, the tried and tested way is for the best.

Because underwear is just that - under - wear. Besides,it wouldn't be very hygienic would it, especially in hot weather. Just think of that nylon...

because tights are not made of natural material and are probaly not the most comfortable thing. ( and when you fart your ankles swell hahaha
