My taste on jazz: Take 5, stuff with catchy beats.

Classical: Dvorak, Bach, etc. I like powerful riveting classical music.

Any suggestions?

Can't say much on the jazz end, but I'd definitely say Holst's "The Planets" suite, especially "Mars, the Bringer of War" for classical. It sounds like it should be the soundtrack for some 70's big-budget sci-fi film. Give it a shot.

I'd have to definately say Gustav Holst's "The Planets." All of them are just so well composed and full of emotion.
