You need more than a wet dream. Its when you are fantizing about something that excites you, and sperm comes out of your penis while you are sleeping.

A wet dream is a response to changing hormone levels. Not everyone has one, so RELAX.
Wet dreams are often the result of anxiety over the changes in your body or the release of sexual tension built up during the day.
To have one is a natural response to puberty, but it is not a mandatory part of it.
You can grow up just fine without ever having a wet dream or engaging in teen sex for that matter.
Take your time and enjoy life as it happens.

Down girls the guy what to know something thats normal and not all guys will have a wet dream. I am 47 and have never had one either they can happen at anytime and just don't worry if one happens its really no big deal.

Sometimes when a boy is in the midst of puberty his body gets aroused and ends up ejaculating in his sleep (hence the "wet" part). It is perfectly normal for this to happen. However, if it DOESN'T happen it's okay too...you may just masterbate regularly so your body doesn't need to "relase" while you're sleeping.
