Take a small chunk or raw meat place it in a fruit jar or tin can, pour 1/4 cup of cooking oil in with the meat ,do not cover the meat with the oil. hang up in your barn or where there are a lot of flies, the meat will rot attracting flies that die when trapped in the oil. make several, hang them up really high so children or pets can reach them replace as they fill up . It works.all natural too.

get a bottle of soda, have a lil soda in it, with some old juciy fruit and lil bit sugar in the bottle. but first you have to cut the top off, make the top part wider than the top piece and this wayy the bugs can go in easliy. Sugar takes the bugs' attention. try it out!

Maple syrup in a small foam cup, they will land on the "solid" surface of the syrup but end up getting stuck because they think it is solid and they know it has something tasty!!
