...does this make these types of bullies murderers?

Do you think bully gangs could be used as a tool to instigate a genocide?

Suppose they added some special effects into the mix such as implants when you visited the doctor, dentist or gynecologist and the people doing the bullying had the capability of manipulating things along via these implants. Example: pain. Could this affect a person's state of mind? State of health? Humor me.

No, usually a bully gang like to see their target squirm and be in pain as it makes them feel powerful becausey they are weak, small minded individuals that usually have been victimized themselves (a case of the victim identifying with his victimizer as he see that person as being powerful and wants to emulate him or her).

If the target commit suicide, they have lost that power (perceived control) over the situation and they are lost.

Best advise: Don't allow yourself to be a victim but don't become a bully either. You have every right to stand up for yourself and you are worth it...never let anyone tell you otherwise, but your rights stop where someone else's start.

You don't have to like someone to treat them with courtesy and respect.

If that was their objective than yes. However most of these people don't think or care about what they are doing and are to stupid to execute such a plan.

I don't think a group of people could be bullied into self-genocide. Only the people who are mentally weak in the group will succumb.

Wow, I haven't really heard of this. But I imagine that even if it can be proven that a group of people conspired to end someone's life (by suicide), ultimately that moment (the taking of the life) is still in the total control of the "bullied" party. So no it would not be "murder".
Your other question doesn't really make much sense to me.
