Angelfish are aggressive fish believe it or not. Be careful with them since they also will start to nip the other fish as well. Freshwater angelfish are piscivores, meaning that they eat other fish. In the wild angels sit just below the surface, waiting to lunge at unaware small fish that pass above them in the twilight of the early morning and late evening.

I had angels and nothing else smaller than them survived for more than 2 days.

Kind of like trying to keep 2 bettas together. If they are fighting TAKE THEM OUT!! It's not rocket science. Would you keep two dogs together if they were constantly at each others throat?

And to the person that said get a Tang, they know NOTHING about fish, angelfish are freshwater while Tang are Saltwater.

I had an angel fish for 3 yrs because every time i would put anotehr fish in there she (jada) would run it around the tank and try to kill it. Than I went and got another angel fish named (shy) and they started to mate. They had 100 babies there so sweet... so ya get that other out cause its ither 2 males or 2 females.

I think I read that with Angel fish you either need to keep 1 or keep a lot. If you keep a lot then they form a shoal and are less likely to attack each other.

Not sure how this works though? In the end I bougth Balloon fish!

before even addressing your important question, you may desire to comprehend that your tank is the two overstocked and incorrectly stocked. the two mollies, corydoras and glofish (genetically changed zebra danios) could desire to be housed in a minimum of a 20 gallon aquarium. you may desire to do study before combining fish and stocking tanks. Has your tank performed the nitrogen cycle? If no longer, you may desire to study this before even thinking approximately including fish. Now directly to the bettas. it could desire to artwork for days, weeks, even months. in spite of the shown fact that, male bettas saved jointly are a time bomb, and all it takes is a 2nd of aggression to consequence in harm or perhaps loss of life. Please do no longer combine male bettas in a tank, and don't combine woman bettas in something below a 20 gallon. That pronounced, my suggestion is to return between the male bettas, all the mollies, glofish and corydoras. The frogs could be ok, yet some male bettas do in comparison to tankmates in any respect. it is going to remember on man or woman determination. achievement in stocking a tank won't be able to be desperate in an afternoon; it could take months or years before issues arise.

Angels are best kept in odd numbers. They generally pick on each other, not so much the other types of fish. They are trying to determine "pecking order." It doesn't matter male or female, but odd or even numbers. Even numbers are asking for trouble.

Anglefish are quite territorial, sparing between males is common if the tabk is too small for both of them. If you can find a someone who has females you might be able to trade.

angelfish normally doesn't matter on sex. Nomally they just know they are same species and will never get along. I would seperate them or they may kill eachother. Get a tang instead, they are neat fish.

seperate them. I don't think the angel fish can be together. I know for a fact that the beta fish can't be together or they will kill one another, but they don't mind looking at one another in seperate bowls.

Nature of the beast. Keep them separate with a screen or better still separate tanks. They will eat each other alive.
