I don't think it will be as easy as macka says. There were a number of restrictions placed on fireworks in the 2003 act, including making it illegal to use them after 11pm except at certain traditional times.

And from 1 January 2005, unless they have a special licence, suppliers must only sell fireworks during the weeks leading up to Bonfire Night, New Year's Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year.

So you need to find a specialistsshop with a year round license. See http://www.touchlondon.co.uk/business/search/typeId/810/type/Fireworks+Shops

and see http://www.fireworksarcade.com/index.php?ad=fty

Also, because of the heatwave and current drought there may be local temporary regulations limiting their use.

good day, I stay in Northern London on the 2nd as a student. I dont somewhat understand yet because of the fact the time of the Olympic video games comes expenditures would be on the upward thrust consistently. despite if, take a glance on the flat and our environment before procuring. As for the investment fee you would be able to lend it for 2000 kilos a 365 days in case you dont intend to stay in it. be sure which you dont purchase some rubbish in the commencing up, look at it. If I have been you i does no longer be counted on a bunch of imagery. Take care Attila from Hungary
