i mean if you are still at your prime age -20s- and working hard to be well established in your career, will going into marriage ruin your effort to achaive your ambitions as you will consume part of your effort to support the future family.. specially when the wife is not from the same field of career..

It can...if its well balanced, it has to be a 50/50 effort toward both ambitions; Marraige and Your Career.
If your having doubts or feel unsure...List the pros and cons of both. It one outweighs the other then re-prioritize your goals.
