You are probably just stressed out. Try not to think about it so much.

Only about 85% of woman get pregnant in their first year of trying. You also only have a 35% chance of getting pregnant each month. And if your periods are irregular is can be harder to time your ovulation. Birth control can really mess with your reproduction, it's just not natural to do that to your body.
(I am on birth control as well, I hate it though. So I didn't want you to think I was putting you down.)
I would say to try a little longer. I know it is hard to do that but if you want a baby that's what you have to do. Anyways - trying to make a baby is fun, right?
Of course you could always go to a reproduction specialist. They almost always suggest those shots or invetro. You do not want to end up like that lady with 7 kids. That was really strange an unnatural. I have had several friends who have tried both, and both failed them. To make matter worse - those procedures are extremely expensive. But they are always an option.
Your should probably ask your doctor if their is something that you and your husband can do to increase your chances of pregnancy.
Good luck, and have fun trying!

Sometimes there are still lots of hormones in your body left over from the pills and patch. You might want to ask your doctor or gynecologist if there is a problem with you or the man you are trying to have the baby with or if you just need to wait longer for the hormones to wear off.

The only way you will know is to make an appointment with a gynecologist. These are women's doctors. They are the experts they can find out what is wrong with you or refer you to another specialist who can treat you. Asking questions here is not going to help you. You are not getting expert advice here just people who have similar problems to you from the way you are describing. You might have the same problem you might have something completely different. Don't rely on this forum to actually give you legitimate advice people might be trying to help you but a lot of times they are ignorant meaning they do not have complete knowledge of all medical problems to give you sound advice. Go to a professional!!!!!!!!

It's very hard to tell if something is wrong per se?
Do you know how long the medications from the patch stay in your system? Talk to your doctor about that because how long a medicine stays in your system is different with every body.
Also, talk to your doctor about getting tests done for your fertlity. A good rule of thumb for anyone is: After two years of screwing like rabbits, you might want to test yourself AND your partner.
Your doctor might actually want to test your partner because it is easier to test males than females.

No honey there is probably nothing wrong. It takes your body awhile to get back to normal and ovulate. I am so pissed at my Dr. She talked me into the shot when she knew I wanted another baby she wanted me to wait. What she didn't tell me wasd it will take a year for my cycles to get back to normal even with just that one shot. I am sure most birth control are similar. Just keep trying and if you are really worried go see a Dr

How are your periods?? If they are long or irregular I would suggest getting tested for PCOS. I have been ttc for 15 months. Docs just found out I have PCOS. We start Clomid plus a trigger shot to force ovulation next cycle. Also a great site to start charting is www.fertilityfriend.com HTH :)

I doubt it, be patient and it will happen and remember to practice, practice, practice. This is the fun part of being a parent.
