Yes you do. Check with the DLEG and Dept of Cosmetology websites for more information. It's a short course, though, and the program will teach you more than just eyebrows. Most beauty schools offer it and you can be licensed within weeks of completing the program.

Yes you have to have a license to wax anything in michigan. If you have a cosmetologist licence or an esthitican license you are covered. If not you can get into trouble.

You have to obtain a degree for completion of the appropriate courses and have a license.

I think you have to have a business liscense, but no waxing license.

If you are looking to do it for friends, no, to do it professioanlly you need to be state certified in hair cutting and all that jazz.
