how do i take off the spare tire under my 1991 s-10 pick-up?

You need to use the lug wrench the the pointed end to insert it in the small hole just at the top edge of the license plate. This turns a small winch, that if turned counter clockwise I believe will lower the spare tire.

Look for the small (I mean SMALL) hole above the license plate and you should have no problem.

Chevy did not make it easy that is for sure. Good Luck!

SMALL HOLE PLACED TO THE RIGHT USUALLY OF THE LICENSE PLATES (TOP RIGHT) THE LUG WILL FIT IN THERE AND TURN TO LOWER TIRE SEEMS LIKE IT TAKES FOREVER BUT WILL WORK GOOD LUCK
