There are a number of Yahoo! Answers sights Spain, Italy, France, Germany, USA and many more.. all these sights are accessible by anyone in the world. However each sight is designed to provide particular countries with there own forum and in their native languages. The service is not trying to exclude, but to allow identity for each region. So if you were travelling to Spain then maybe the best place to ask infor on your trip would be Answers Espana.

Doesnt make much sense your question, but I think what your asking is - is yahoo answers for uk and ireland only or are their other countries. Well simply I've noticed alot of Americans on it so I think it's world wide.
