Since it was in a porn film, it was undoubtedly a pre-op transsexual, women with a functional penis exist, but they usually don't have testicles and can't produce sperm. I had a great aunt who had the condition, she was intersexed but had children

Hermaphrodites do not, as a rule, have useable penises. The one you saw was probably a cleverly disguised strap on. I've seen those films before and they are fake.

They are some people call Shemale, in Tailand and some countries, they are a lot of them, they are transsexual haven't their whole operation, so they have their penis on.
