Yes, I had a false negative test at the doctor. I went for my 6 week check up after having my daughter. Well it was like an 8 week check up b/c I couldn't get in right away. I still hadn't had a cycle since having her. They took a test and it came back negative. They told me to come back in 4 weeks if I didn't have a cycle by then. So I went back and took another test. It came back positive and they did a vaginal ultrasound and I was 8 weeks pregnant. You do the math.

There are false negatives, but false positives are rare. What it sounds like, however, is that you might have been pregnant. Having a faded line followed by a negative test suggests that you may have had a pregnancy that didn't "take" or embed well. If that was the case, your body may still think it pregnant, but it's not viable. It's possible that things will pick up, but when this happened to me, I ended up having a miscarriage. As early as it is, you may not even know you miscarried, if that happens. The sad part is that women do this a lot without even realizing they're pregnant. Good luck and I hope things turn out.

That got here approximately to my chum seven months in the past. you may desire to attend a week or 2 to enable your being pregnant hormones get improved. additionally, continuously take the try interior the morning because of the fact hormones are improved then and don't drink fluids an hour before. some being pregnant checks are improved than others. What you're explaining happends particularly oftentimes. I doubt it is a chemical being pregnant because of the fact the checks confirmed up useful all those days. Plus, chemical pregnancies ensue before the guy even knows of they have been even pregnant various cases.

if it was the control line that was faded, the test was faulty and you should definitely have another one. have you done any at home that came out positive? I'd tell the doctor I was sick of peeing in a cup and ask for a blood test. I guess I'm not sure why they'd let you take that many urine tests to begin with, unless they were trying to be nice for whatever reason (blood test is more expensive, whatever).

Did he give you a urine test or a blood test?? If it was a blood test, they are way more accurate, and are almost always correct. Maybe go to a different doctor, and get another test done. If it is still negative, find out what is causing your delayed period.
Good luck!
