If you are still growing, eat a healthy balanced diet, make sure you get enough (but not excessive) protein, vitamins and minerals. Don't smoke or drink alcohol or do drugs as these will put a drain on your body and the energy that could be going to growing will be going to deal with these toxins. Other than that, it is just genetics and you will have to accept what you have.
If you are still growing, then possibly you will get more facial hair as you mature.

Patience!! There will be a time when you would long for those kids, carefree days... Have you ever count how many years we are kids and how many we'll be adults? You'll be a kid for only 18, you'll be an adult for 60+ years. So why rush??? Enjoy it while you can, then it will be too late. Those years don't come back
