There is no sentance in the English language that uses all the letters of the alphabet once and only once, and still makes any sense.

The sentance "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." uses all of the letters, but the letters t,h,e,u,r, and o are used multiple times.

I also learned that in high school typing class. Type that sentenct ten times : the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog", that covers every letter, but more than once. If you find that one sentence that doesnt repeat, let me know.

I dunno about once and only once, but here are two that carry all of them:
The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.
Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz.
