'hawks b/c that division is too weak...

49ers = 4 wins this year (a.smith is a bust!!!)
cards = 7-8 wins this year (no OL for the Edge!!!)
rams = 6-7 wins this year (Bulger is really fragile...)

I'm tempted to say the Seahawks. But I think That the Madden curse wil continue. With Alexander on the cover the Seahawks are out. 49ers are a joke. Rams don't have a chance so I'm actually going to say with Matt Lineart that the Cardinals are going to win the NFC West.

Right now, I'm going to honestly say, on paper, it's the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are loaded right now. They have two of the best wideouts in the NFL in Fitzgerald and Boldin. They now have Edgerrin James at running back. Kurt Warner is still a solid quarterback and Matt Lienart from USC is waiting in the wings. The Cardinals have always had a nice but underrated defense, and with Dennis Green at the helm, this team is going to be tough.

Of course, you can't totally discount the Seahawks, but keep a couple things in mind: Their passing game is getting more and more anemic with each year. Shaun Alexander is the man, but he's on the other side of thirty where backs start falling apart. And their defense showed definite weakness in the Super Bowl.

This year I think the Cards can beat the Seahawks. They have gotten a lot better. Other than that the division is really weak. But the Seahawks did make it to the Superbowl so they are the best team right now.

The only team in that division to make any major changes was Arizona in getting Edgerin James, however that is probably not drastic enough to overtake the reigning NFC champs. They'll win their division, but don't be surprised if it comes down to the last game of the season.

I believe the RAMS will come out on top. They have the most Talent on Offense. With a coach who will run the ball, a offensive line that will be one of the best in the NFL this year.
The defense with Haslett coaching them, and some better veterans up front, and in the secondary, can't go wrong.
The RAMS will win the SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

man that a hard question, 2 teams are rebuilding one team sucks and the other isn't really that good either so I'll go with the Seahawks.

well as they always say, until the champion has been dethroned they are still the champs. anyways doesnt look like any of the others made any significant moves during the offseason. yes everything looks good on paper now lets see if anyone can perform on the field.
