the title for worst president in the US (and worst leader in the world) should definitely go to George W Bush. he is by far the worst person placed into a position of power by the ignorance and stupidity of humanity.

but since u asked who's the worst between two of the better presidents, i would have to go with jimmy carter because clinton undoubtedly was the absolute BEST we've had so far.

George W Bush is by FAR the worst President in my lifetime. It can be argued that Clinton, Bush Sr., Reagan, Carter, Ford, and Nixon were bad Presidents. But, those aforementioned Presidents WERE Presidential Material. The same can't be said for little Punk *** Frat Boy Bush.

To be honest I don't think either Carter or Clinton were the worst president in US history, but if i had to choose between the two.... I'd say Carter was a worse president, but a better person. Clinto was a better president (simply through inaction. Thank the Lord that his legacy is that he got a hummer in the oval office then lied about it, and nothing worse happend while he was president.) But, Clinton was and is a far worse person. I wouldn't trust him with my dog, let alone my daughter.

Neither Carter or Clinton were the worst Presidents in History.

However, of the two Clinton was the worst but solely because of the systematic way he went about debasing the position of any respect, starting with answering the "Do you wear boxers or briefs?" question all the way through his impeachment.

Ronald Reagan is by far the worst. The state-led terror campaigns that he conducted throughout the 1980's in Central and South America as well as the Middle East was unforgiveable. That guy should be held trial by the International Court of Justice for his crimes against humanity. This guy was then followed by the 2nd worst President, Bush I. I would have to say the 3rd worst is not Bush II but Woodrow Wilson. That guy created the League of Nations which then spawned the rapid development of international trade and globalisation. It has been said that this President is the one responsible for creating the US-dominanted world that we live in today. So thanks buddy!

William Henry Harrison is the worst president. Carter is pretty close. Do not forget US Grant, or Nixon, or Hoover. There are plenty worse than Clinton, not many worse than Carter.

Neither, it's Georgius Caeser II, aka Alfred E. Bush, George W. Hitler, the Texecutioner!! Worse than Harding and Buchannon combined. A Total Frigging Dork!

They were both pretty equally ineffectual. Clintons legacy of lowering the moral standards in this country will be felt for generations. Jimmy just made a lot of bad decisions and we all suffered i.e. Oil ebargo, and Iran crisis to name a couple.

Warren G. Harding...
but Jimmy Carter is a close second.

Neither.

George W. Bush has been, by far, the worst President (or should "Emperor" be used instead?) this country has had.

Ronald Reagan runs a close second.

Best Wishes!
