v have 4 pcs networked on winxp as p2p and one has broad band con. whenever ICS is enabled P2P goes down.?

Hope you have two network cards in the ICS gateway machine, one for Internet and one for local P2P. Also I guess that you have configured static IP for P2P network in all machines. When you enable ICS, Windows itself will assign an IP for the network card which is meant for local intranet. After enabling ICS, you need to change the IP back to the static IP which was meant for that computer (the gateway IP for all other machines)
