Is the Sony Stadium Club at Yankee Stadium worth going to?

I got Yankees tickets through work and they came with passes to the Sony Stadium Club? Has anyone been there? Is it worth going early to the game to visit or is it just a high price rip off? I'm bringing my 13 year old son, father and father in law.
