HELP!!! i have yahoo messenger but every time i try to chat it always says this request has failed???

pls help i want to chat n it always fail
wat am i doin wrong ?????

for that u hav to edit ur age i.e. you will hav to type ur age 18 or more in ur e-mail id to access yahoo chat.I also faced similar kind of problem earlier.
