there is no past life - the only life is the one you are living right now- and that is the only life you will ever have , and this soul inside you will be the one to inherit eternal life or eternal hell.
Make the right choice, and God bless

An excellent book on the subject is "The Idiot's Guide to Past Life Regression" by Michael Hathaway. Another book for Reincarnationists is "The Phoenix Fire Mystery" - a truly wonderful book.

Reincarnation is a natural law which most people are not aware of. I was a kid like the ones described by Dr. Ian Stevenson http://www.childpastlives.org who came into the world with memories of my most recent life, which was between the early 1900s and the mid 1930s. When I began talking, I often insisted to my mom that I had "another mother" and I wanted to know why she wasn't there with me. And when I began walking, I slipped out the back door toward the woods, determined to find my way back home. I always knew my name and many details of my life, and some of the circumstances around my death. I knew nothing about reincarnation at that time, and I can remember feeling so confused when I was very young, wondering if I was the only person in the world who had "come back" in a new body. I felt that I had been cursed by 'God' to reincarnate, when no one else had.

It's my belief that one of the reasons I remember this past life is to have the opportunity to share the experience with others and let them know that reincarnation is real - whether they believe it or not. It's a message of hope, and it's the Rosetta Stone that clarifies 'God' in ways that no religion could ever do.

I have researched this most recent past life of mine and proved beyond all doubt to myself and those who know me that the memories I was born with are genuine recollections of myself in another time and place - but proof wasn't necessary - I've always *known* I was here before.

Did you ever notice that people who've "had" past lives were always Pharaohs, Kings and Queens, other Nobility, or likewise famous people?

Nobody ever worked at a McDonalds or pumped gas or was just your average housewife. Shirley MacLaine never had a dishwasher job nor was she ever a chimney-sweep.

I have Hindu friends and I'm not about to knock anyone's religion, especially one that teaches progression, tolerance, love, and Karma. I think it's one of the most beautiful religions in the world, and one that stresses living a good life and not just following the Golden Rule, but living the Golden Rule, 24/7/365 for all eternity.

I'm just saying that a lot of bored and boring non-Hindus claim a past-life belief to feel that once, they were better, and they can be as lazy and shallow as they want in this life, because, maybe, the next time around, they might feel like doing a better job of it. But for right now, it's easier to do whatever you want whenever you want for as long as you want and maybe it'll be better the next time around the wheel.

My advice is to make the most out of this life just in case this is all the chance you'll ever get.

Peace and love!

If you want to try to regress on your own, get The Idiot's Guide to Past Life Regression, it helped me out alot. If you find that your can't regress on your own, there are Past Life Regression therapists out there who may be able to help. It took me a while to learn how to completely relax enough, and I've only been able to do it twice. One of my past lives I was a young girl, probably around 10 or 11, kidnapped from my home in a raid and served as a slave to the man who took me. It was during the Viking era. The second time I was a Native American, again a female. My grandfather was the shaman of our people. I died during a calvary attack, shot in the chest. When I came out of it, I had pains in my chest where the bullet had hit me. It was scary.

I truly believe that as we live each life, we learn things that carry over to the next life. Our souls are basically pure energy that lives on after our physical body dies. Good luck if you decide to try to see your past lives! Brightest blessings!

Some people believe that they have a past life. Perhaps they had lived as another person or an animal.
But I believe there is no past life, because if people have past life, the number of human beings in the world will remain. In fact, our number keeps increasing. We only have one life, then we will live in eternity.
So, never waste your time. Your destiny is determined now. Believe in Jesus and repent from your sins, and you will receive salvation.

I believe in them with all my heart. You can have a professional past life regression done, but it does cost some money. :( I have had one, and it was really scary. I found out why I have so much scar tissue on my kidney. Since you can carry damage through your lives. I was murdered in my past life. My mom has had a lot of regressions, but she did hers with a frien where mine just sort of happened. Well anyways she was a celtic princess in one of hers. In another one she was an egypian body gaurd to the pharoh.

Is your current life so boring that you want to imaging a past life? Just read a book or go to the movies. Irrational fantasizing solves nothing and wastes time, money and energy. Get on with life.

In your past life, you were a beaver, and you liked to build dams. That explains why you like to build dams in your own life and you shun people away from you. If you would only open that dam, you would get drowned with all of the love and warmth that they have for you.

Here's a very interesting article: http://www.comparativereligion.com/reincarnation1.html

Contrary to what someone else said in his answer, these children in India do not claim to be reincarnations of kings or queens: just ordinary people from villages elsewhare. To me, these cases are the strongest proof of reincarnation.

I don't believe anyone else can tell you if you have lived before. And much of what you might "remember" is likely "genetic memory." That means that your genes hold the meories of your ancestors.

The only way to know is to look inside yourself.

No one outside of you can know.
