There are a no. of books giving details about preparing a CV. Give the important details like ur objective, qualification, skills - co-curricular and extra-curricular, ur interests, mailing address and if needed reference of two people. Type it neatly. Proofread and see that there is no error. Give only the true things related to the job. Attach the CV with a covering letter. All the best

A C.V. is basically an academic or expanded resume. It's structure is pretty much the same as a traditional resume, except that it's much longer and provides more details about your education, experience, and writings.

Microsoft office has resumes and cv templates. Could this help? There is also software out there. Try your local university. They help write resumes and could help with that.
