I have oily skin and i want to get rid of black heads and white heads permanently

to get rid of blackheads put a warm moist wasclothe on your area that has blackheads so the black head is loosened then put glue on your nose (only use the glue that you used in kindergarten and make sure it is non toxic) wait for the glue to dry then peal it off and you can see all the blackheads all over the dried glue. For white heads buy some thing that has a high percent of benzoyle peroxide then pop the pimple (very lightly though so no scarring occurs) and apply benzoyle peroxide on it

White heads and blackheads are two different things and require two different solutions. I've been told that increasing the fish in your diet cures whiteheads and blackheads will go away with daily use of:

Well, I'm sure that a change of lifestyle, eating only healthy stuff and cutting down on chocolates and sugar can help a lot:) (it sure helped me, but then I returned to all the junk food, lol)

1.Wash your face daily
-before you go out
-after you come back(night)
-before you sleep
2.Squeeze it.
3.There's no such thing as permanently.
4.Don't be lazy.

scrubs will grauaaaly vanish your black and white heads................Drink plenty of water too
