I can't seem to see videos on line. I get the sound but not the picture. The other user account on my pc does not have this problem. All internet options are set the same for each account. I have Windows XP Home Edition. I have also deleted temporary internet files. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you have audio, it's probably a codec issue. Easiest solution is to install the newest version of you video software. It's possible an upgrade didn't get pushed out for all users on XP (but that shouldn't be the case).

Try giving admin rights to the user you are not getting the video with. At times, online video install drivers which are required to run it...

It could be the video card, it could be faulty or bad
