could someone please help me figure out how to get my website on yahoo search for free?

i made a website bout 4-5 months ago called http://longway2thetop.bravehost.com and the only way to get top it is through my links. please help.

You can submit to yahoo free of charge here: http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

But there is no guarantee that your site will be accepted and indexed by yahoo. Atleast you should have host and domain and not on freely hosted one.

I know a website I use for my website. I have submitted all my websites there it submits to about 20+ search engines. But not yahoo. It is worth it to get traffic to your site and will include GOOGLE.

Now for yahoo! you have to submit it yourself and there is no for sure way of knowing they will accept it.

You are indexed by yahoo already

but not by google

For which keywords did you want to appear number 1 as? When people come to your site through a search engine what do you imagine them searching for? Target those keywords and place them in your content.

You don't have a lot of content so there isn't much for search engines to find.

Some things you might do:
Fill in meta description and meta keywords tag:
