EC pills are safe, but only effective when used w/in 72 hours of unprotected sex.
She won't be able to tell if she is pregnant until she misses her period. The early signs of pregnancy often mirror PMS...bloating, cramps, swollen and tender breasts...so if she feels like she has PMS and then doesn't get her period, go get a pregnancy test.
Planned parenthood will do it for free.
No matter what happens, support her. And no more unprotected sex! You sound way to young to be dealing w/ this kind of thing!

She may not have any signs. She should take a pregnancy test the day she expects her period.
EC pills are safe, but they don't work unless taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Even then, they're only 90% effective.
Seriously, you sound WAY too young to be dealing with this! Don't have sex.
