today 17/07/06 i deleted by mistake all my emails.how can i restore them back ?

Well with most email programs once you delete them they will go into your trash bin until you empty it as well. So check there. If not in there well unfortunately you have lost them and won't be able to retrieve them again sorry. Good Luck

Sorry. Take a chance to look into Trash folder...

Check with ur admin if he has a backup. If yes, then you can always ask him to restore your mailbox...
