i do it all the time... but i dont put my fingers in.. just clitoral. It actual also slows down your cycle.. ie, you dont bleed as much and its shorter

Yes, it's OK no matter where you are in your cycle, but I would think it could get awfully messy when you're having your period... Nothing terrible would happen, however. It's always a safer alternative to unprotected sex, especially if you're underage.

It sure is.. It can be messy, unless you do it in the shower. But sometimes it will feel better for some reason. I am speaking of clitoral stimulation only, however.
