Here's the answer... I got rid of mine, except now it has a baby there...lol.
ELIMINATE as much sugar and flour from your diet as you can.
Wheat is broken down into alchohol for some blood types and can cause a pot belly.
Do as much cardio as you can... usually that is where the last 10 pounds sits, but you can run it off.
For every 100 pounds you weigh, you MUST drink at least 64 oz. (one gallon) of water each day...helps hydrate, detoxify and metabolize everything.
Try to eliminate stress: stress causes the production of Cortisol which tells your body to store fat in your core.
Do CORE exercises like plyometrics, pilates and stretching. Lengthening and strengthening your core is KEY!! Can you get to a hanging leg raise or roman chair machine? Do it daily... that AB DOLLY plus the two machines, plus cardio, plus the dietary changes above did it for me!!

This depends on how you got the pot belly. If it is by eating too much, then by losing weight, and doing certain types of exercises.If it is caused by disease, then a doctor will have to advise you.

there are so many ways but if u trust my words, do half an hour of yoga daily....yoga has 8 aspects, but u should just need to practice "pranayama" aspect. this is basically breathing techniques which you can do sitting on a chair. in addition to it you have to stop drinking and smoking. u can find results in one week. it's proven you can avail the CDs and learn at home.

Start eating healthy and work out. Pork is not good for the body you know. A scientist once told me that a body that eats pork is never able to accomplish anything, but a body without pork lives longer. So try working out. Thanks for your question.
