Can we set time at which the computer has to shutdown after closing all the applications safely along with the reqiured information?

According to this site I found, you can shut down your computer from a batch file (.bat). Simply put the code listed on that site into your own batch file, then use the task manager on windows to tell it to execute at a certain time.

There is no direct option to shutdown the computer at a pre-defined time. You need a third-party software.

but you can Log/off or Hypernad instead of shutdown.

yes set the power settings to the level that u wish or dl a third party tool and do it that way the only drawback to the first part is there no warning that its about to shut down...
